《劲舞青春》讲述了女主人公贝安四处打工赚钱，被别人视为爱钱如命的女孩，却没人知道她是为了赚够钱去加拿大照顾无依无靠的爸爸。翊琪，众多男性心目中的女神，能歌善舞的她希望有朝一日可以成为下一个蔡依林。盼盼，个性单纯，爱跳舞的她希望有朝一日可以带着属于自己的舞群去世界各地巡回演出。三个来自不同生活背景的女孩，为了不同的目标而加入了舞蹈团体，成为PaPa Girls的成员之一。当她们在演出时碰到成熟稳重但内心对爱情却还萌萌的大叔级蒋至中和林大树， 原本平静的生活从此失序。置身于纷繁的都市，这群个性迥异的女孩们将舞出怎样的鲜亮青春季？
