看似平稳的钟锐（吴若甫 饰）一家，背后却隐藏着时不时会爆发的危机。在电脑公司上班的钟锐是一名出色的软件工程师，对自己的职业很喜爱的钟锐想要在这上面有更长足的发展，而他的理念却与公司的经营者有巨大冲突，钟锐的理想得到了老板助理——来北漂的年轻女孩王纯（俞飞鸿 饰）的注目和敬佩；而钟锐因为长期工作的问题，和妻子夏晓雪（蒋雯丽 饰）的交流越来越少，妻子晓雪为了家庭放弃了自己颇有前途的工作，而钟锐却觉得妻子变得愈发庸俗甚至无法交流。 家庭和工作的双重危机，让钟锐和王纯滋生出了婚外恋，影响到了众人。钟锐的儿子甚至因此离家出走，险些被人贩子拐走。一番波折之后，破碎的家庭能否重新拼凑，再度牵手呢？
