本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了织田照朝小时候母亲意外去世，与经营日本屈指可数的综合商社·织田集团的父亲一起生活，不过，父亲把被称为“恶魔之钥”的旧钥匙托付给照朝之后不久，在眼前被神秘人杀害了。为了探寻与父亲的死亡真相有关的“恶魔之钥”的秘密，照朝在世界流浪，不过，接二连三谜之财产转让事件发生，他因此回到了日本。随之，瞄准“恶魔之钥”的人物出现在照朝面前，而他必须挑战“恶魔游戏”...
