最佳新导演陳志扬（敖嘉年 饰）一意孤行，连累他和剧组的主创受到业界封杀。十年后，志扬与监制Herman（郑丹瑞 饰）、编剧李莎莎（蒋家旻 饰）、武术指导文师傅（林伟 饰）、美术指导Shell（林秀怡 饰）、女星楼家龄（张秀文 饰）以及副导蔡子乐（刘颂鹏 饰），为了拍出心目中最好的电影而再次聚首。投资者意外离世，众人梦想破灭，更要面对巨额饭局的账单！七人为求脱身，上演了一场疑幻似真的骗局。志扬及后带领各人成立「欺诈剧团」。直到某天，一个真正的犯罪集团出现，威逼他们进行一场不能撤手的骗局……
