1945年，太平洋战争接近尾声，局势明朗。战败的消息传到朝鲜，日本占领军顿时人心惶惶，他们开始快马加鞭销毁侵略的证据，特别是在京城某医院所进行的秘密人体实验，更是湮灭的重中之重。而就在这一过程中，该医院内的一个怪物突然狂性大发。与此同时，京城某典当行内消息灵通的花花公子张泰尚（朴叙俊 饰）被为警察抓了起来，要求他在樱花盛开之前找到日本军官下落不明的小妾。从对方的语气中，张敏锐嗅到即将有大事发生。他一方面偷偷张罗变卖家产，另一方面和尾随自己的密探尹采玉（韩韶禧 饰）合作追查小妾的下落。 结果发现的真相令他无比震惊……
