《神医》耗资300亿韩元制作，是韩国第一部3D电视剧。 高丽时代王的护卫部队于达赤大将崔莹(李敏镐 饰) 护送元朝公主(朴世英 饰) 和高丽的新王恭愍王(柳德焕 饰) 回高丽的路上被奇辙(刘五性 饰) 派人阻挠。不幸遭到行刺的元朝公主受伤命在旦夕，而公主生死有关高丽国家存亡。为救回元朝公主，求得“神医”崔莹借由华佗离开的“天门”天上（2012年）遇到正在作讲座的现代女医生柳恩秀(金喜善 饰) ，因为柳恩秀能治愈和元朝公主一样的伤，所以崔莹就将全恩秀带了回去。恩秀一直以为自己是在拍摄影视的摄影取地之中，在救活了元国公主，心想回家，却不知道自己从此卷入了高丽的政治阴谋中。而她和崔莹之间也在接触中渐渐产生了感情。 两人将面临怎样的遭遇，而最后，恩秀是选择回到现代生活，还是为了崔莹放弃一切留着高丽？
