《W》是奇幻爱情电视剧，是讲述30代初半男女们的故事。 现实世界中的外科医生吴妍珠（韩孝周 饰）听说了身为著名漫画家的父亲失踪的消息，于是赶到父亲的工作室寻找线索，偶然地进入了人气漫画《W》的世界。2016年的首尔，相同的空间、不同的次元，与漫画男主人公姜哲（李钟硕 饰）在现实与虚幻中交错展开的悬疑浪漫爱情故事。
