舞台是东京新宿…… 樱花盛开的季节里，转校来到「真神学园」的迷团重重的男子「绯勇龙麻」。 就像被引导着一样，结识了剑道部的「蓬莱寺京一」，摔跤部的「醍醐雄矢」，射箭部的「樱井小蒔」，以及学生会会长「美里葵」。 他们受到突然或心活性化的《龙脉》的影响，《拥有的力量的人》觉醒了。 与此同时，同样受到龙脉影响的被叫做《鬼》的异形也出现了，并且开始了对东京的袭击。 并且，存在着使用《外法》操纵这些鬼怪的人。 为了保护东京的龙麻一行，不久又和要逃离自身的《宿星》相遇了……
